Carter's Question

Clay and I went to Columbus for our nephew Christopher's 7th birthday this weekend. My pregnant tummy is MUCH bigger than it was last time we were there in March (I wasn't even "showing" at that point). This weekend both Chris (7) and Carter (5) were very interested in my pregnant tummy and the baby inside my tummy. On Friday night when Carter was going to bed, he asked if he could give baby Clayton (really, my tummy) a hug goodnight; he laid his little head on my belly and wrapped his arms around me. It was one of those sweet moments you stop and imagine (or remember, even) life through the eyes of a child. I can't wait until I can give him a hug, too!
